New Western Rinpoche Recognized

Patricia Farrell of Hua Zang Si in San Francisco has just been recognized as a Rinpoche.I first met the new Rinpoche when we both lived in Asheville,North Carolina,and am very happy to see her be so honoured.I wish her good fortune and success in her continuing efforts to help living beings.
